Posted ranges come from pay-transparency listings our users viewed. We store only the range, never the posting.

Why it's different

Built from real applications, not surveys

JobWhat users track applications, offers and outcomes in their job log. When they opt in, we turn that into anonymous aggregates, so pay, reviews and trends are fresh and tied to real outcomes.

Privacy first

No individual activity, ever. Small groups are hidden (at least 5 people per number, 10 for text), pay is rounded to $5K, dates to the quarter, and everything publishes with a delay. Opted-out users are excluded.

Trust signals

✓ Résumé-backed reviews come only from people whose résumé lists the employer. Offer vs Current pay is labelled, and posted ranges are kept separate from reported pay.
